My sister in law ordered a 'Samsung galaxy active *' smart watch from US for me in Delhi, India on Flipkart with Order ID : OD******************. I got delivered a duplicate watch where on the box nowhere mentioning of the brand with no warranty detail or any brand related paper was there. Then after contacting the customer care they refused to take any action for this. It is so frustrating to see such a response from such a reputed brand.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
