I purchased i phone ** product red at price **,*** rs in big billion day sale **** later on Flipkart itself cancelled my order and refunded **,*** rs and price of i phone ** have gone now When i called customer care for giving me i phone ** at the same price i ordered at sale they refused do it and ask me for fresh order at the price available if i want i phone **. As i am not liable for cancellation of my order i phone ** i want my i phone ** at the same price i ordered at sale which is ***** rs and i want additional redressal for mental trauma i experienced
