Bhavikaben filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 31, 2020
Flipkart has canceled my order due to there technical error and I got extra discount.I order on Flipkart on **th October. Product was Realme Narzo ** Pro (Black Ninja, *** GB) (* GB RAM). I ordered it because it was on discount. I ordered that phone in Rs. ****. Original price of that product is
Today(**st October) I got call from flipkart that my order is canceled because of I got some extra discount due to technical error. I denied to cancel my order but they did it any way.
When I talk to the customer care they told me that because of some error on website I got extra discount and because of that they canceled it. They told me to order again on original value and without any discount. This is unfair. First they did wrong promises even it was error whatever. I paid for that and then they canceled it. I have been cheated by this company and they have only right to cancel order if it is out of stock but in this case they cancelled because I got more discount due to "technical error" which is excuse they put forward.
I got call from +************ for canceling my order. I have recording of it. I denied for canceling my order but they did it.
So this is total fraud. First they tempted me and then they hurt me.
When I complained about it they refuse to give my product. When I told them to go for Consumer Affairs they told me that they will provide me Rs.**** gift card as compensation. And I told them to give me about this error in written they denied. And now on my order section they told me that this order is canceled because of it is out of stock but it is selling by same seller on flipkart right now. So it is unfair please Help me with this issue.
And also they have mentioned wrong reason on my order section that "it is out of stock" original one is "I got it on more discount"
