Indrajit Kalita filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 31, 2020
The issue happened to me today (**-oct-****). I ordered Samsung Galaxy F** (Fusion Blue, ** GB) on **-Oct-**** (*:** AM). During that time Flipkart running the "Big Diwali Sale" and they are providing benefits on Axis bank debit/card. In this regard, I took the benefit to buy the above-mentioned phone along with the tempered glass and back cover. However, on **-Oct-****, Flipkart customer care informed me that they can not deliver the product due to some technical issues and the product has been canceled by the seller (however the product reached my nearest hub). Now, the issue is since it is a prepaid order, then how they can cancel it. I have invested the money and in return I have not received my product. I want all my items as soon as possible.
Highlights of my order:
Samsung Galaxy F** (Fusion Blue, ** GB): The deal price is **** + super coin (Order status canceled)
Flipkart SmartBuy Edge To Edge Tempered glass: Deal price ** + super coin (Status not canceled)
Flipkart SmartBuy Back Cover; Deal price: **+ super coin (Status not canceled)
All three orders are placed at the same time and they shared the same order ID. Then how they can cancel the highest benefit order and not cancel the remaining two orders.
I want all my orders. That's it.
I am not sure whether you are using my money for some other reason for two days. (Like scan in ****).
