Flipkart - Flipkart Aircooler Technician not even visited or checked the defective product but cancelled retur

On **th April I bought and received Flipkart SmartBuy ** L Desert Air Cooler, I noticed that product received is defective. Does not cool, side panels not fitted properly and bad smell is coming from product , so I initiated refund , only after technician visit and his approval return can be done, but Technician not even visited my house or checked the defective product but disapproved the return (Fake Fraud Technician ) and rejected multiple times, He himself disapproved the return multiple times. Technician is scheduled for everyday not even came to home for checking as well and I tried reaching but not even attend the call. Complained and talked to flipkart customer care and backend team but no resolution from them, only loop of complaints happening daily basis. Its been a month no action is taken from flipkart side, having evidences from my side they saying only raising complaint but no action is taken.
