Pallaw Saraogi filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 2, 2018
Someone changed my flipkart account email id password and contact number without my knowledge. When called flipkart customer care they were kind of quite rude and did not address the issue. Instead they took a complain and told me to wait for ** hrs for response. Dude I have all my card details, contact Details saved why do they not take it seriously. Till date I did not receive any resolution from them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
