Flipkart.com - flipkart account blocked

my account was blocked from flipkart which contains rs *** gift voucher without any prior notification. suddenly when i went to login my account it was not going through and after many try also same errro upon mailing them they said your account is blocked for some unauthorized payment transactions. upon asking them that i want a proof or in which payment or which order they saw something wrong . as it was my main account and being a genuine customer not ever aware of all this term unauthorized transaction etc. so i needed a exact response from them or proof that what was wrong with my order or account. after mailing also they didnot replied and when called from different no they connected the call to the senior executive . he replied the same lines of the mail i recieved as mantra. when i asked him waht about my gift voucher of rs *** which i spended it was my hard earned money.how can you do this with some one hard earned money. he said sorry sir we cant re open the account thank you.is there anything else i can assist you with?was it a response i called them for?
