Hi Team,
I booked a flight (PNR-UGGSTD) on ** June **** which was scheduled on ** June **** from Lucknow to pune but this flight was a connecting flight from Lucknow it was scheduled on * PM on ** June **** which was supposed to reach at delhi on * Pm on ** June ****, After that i had to wait for ** min and then there was a other flight at *:** Pm on ** June **** and which was supposed to drop me at pune on *:** Pm on ** June ****.
But suddenly on ** June **** i received a message from vistara that my flight from delhi to pune wich was scheduled to leave on *:** PM is now rescheduled on ** am on ** June **** .
it was impossible for me to catch a flight from delhi , i mean how could i catch a flight when i will leave lucknow at * Pm on ** June **** .
then i tried to call goibibo as i used this portal for booking .
but due to IVR kept repeating Covid and its effects on customer service they are having high call in queue then i called on vistara customer server support as their number was on message received on ** Jun **** .
they told me to either rechedule the flight from delhi to pune on any date other than ** June as they did not had any flight that day .
or they can also refund full amount used for booking they did not told me what amount but still used the term full amount .
i agreed and asked to refund and cancel the booking as per "miss connection flight policy" .
then i booked a other flight (PNR-LQ*YFE) again from the goibibo only .
i kept calling customer care on **** *** **** and ****-******* / ****-******* / ***-******** .
after many attempt i could connect to goibibo and they also confirmed me that in this case they will refund full amount .
i kept reminding them on call day after day then they told me that it wil take * days from their side and * days from bank side to refund show in my bank account and they told me that i do not need to keep calling them always .
on * July **** i tried to see if amount has been refunded but i saw no refund while so many days have passed then i again tried to cal but there was no way i could connect as IVR was saying i can only talk to them if i have a booking in next * days .
i was so depressed then i tried to find mail and reply but all mails were no-reply type .
then only i got to mark their service rating as bad and feel cheated so i marked that way in a mail in which they had asked me for - (Please let us know if we were able to resolve your problem?)
then today morning on * june i received a mail and messsage that Your Refund amount to Bank-*** Rs
Airline Penalty -INR ****
Goibibo fee -INR ***
then again i tried to call and reach them any how but failed .
then i called vistara airline for this issue they told me that they have refunded full amount - **** Rs /- due to "Miss Connection of flight" which falls under the category either full refund or flight reschedule .
they asked me to mail on custrelations@airvistara.com so that they can share the details and by which i can file a complaint against them .
then i thought to file a complaint via you .
please help me ....
i swear to god **** Rs matter me alot .
