Goibib Website - Deficiency in services goibibo online booking

It is submitted that I have suffered a lot mentally and physically because of one wrong booking made on goibibo. I called before checkin to their customer support many times also (screenshots attached) but no resolution was provided. Please not that I was travelling with small kid, infant and ladies. The mental agony faced by them is unexplainable. There was nobody at reception and goibibo support was useless. There was no water provided in the room we were asked to personally carry the water from outside. There was nothing in the name of room service. The staff was rude. There were frequent power cuts and restaurant service was pathetic. The phone was disconnected several times when we called reception or restaurant. Still there is no resolution till now despite several calls and messages to goibibo. Please note that I want to raise this issue to the highest forum so that I get my wasted money back.
