Airindia - Flight tickets amount not refunded

I booked flight ticket for my family on ** Mar ** for travel on ** April..

Date of booking: ** Mar **
Date of travel: ** April
Booking reference number: HSPYT, Y***G
Ticket no: ************, *************, *************,*************

I had spoken to customer care on phone and chat and they convey that full refund will be initiated... and amount will be credited in **-** days

But No amount has been refunded and credit ed till to date I checked with bank also.

It is almost * months but amount not credited in my account.
