Ease my trip com - Flight ticket Refund regarding PNR

Dharamveer Kumar Singh filed complaint against Ease my trip com on Sep 9, 2021

I booked a flight from Chennai to Patna from Ease my trip com on ** Sep by paying **,*** INR but due to some problems I have rescheduled my flight on * Sep by paying **** INR.
But due to medical emergency I haven't take the flight. I have contacted airlines and told them about my situation they have checked my medical documents and agreed for refund.
Now airlines is telling they have got ***** INR from Ease my trip in which they are deducting the rescheduling charges of **** INR So they are providing me a refund of ****INR only & they have told me to ask your agency for balance amount as they haven't received from Ease my trip.
I have called Ease my trip several times but they haven't giving me proper responses yet.
