I booked a flight from New Delhi to Amsterdam (Air France) through Make My Trip in Flex Category at a higher price as it offers No airline cancellation fee as my plan was not ***% confirmed.
But now when I try to cancel the flight it shows zero refund. I reached out to MMT support team & they are not responding to my issue & just giving timelines for ** hours/** hours everytime.
I am again & again reaching out to MMT & they are not helping me, my INR *,**,*** are stuck & I am not able to book another flight due to this. My entire travel plan is on hold due to this.
