Varafi com - Flight ticket not showing up in airline site

I booked flight from Bangalore to Patna for *th Feb ****. Post payment through credit card i recieved confirmation from Varafi.com that my ticket is booked. However when i use the same PNR on Indigo site it does not show up. I called Indigo airlines and they say there is no such booking. I reached out to varafi.com customer care and they said the ticket will be confirmed only a day prior to travel. This is really bullshit because once we have airline pnr then it should reflect on airline site. They are not ready to refund and not responding over calls. They say to raise complain on support@varafi.com but here also i do not get any response.
