Indigo Airline - Flight ticket not refunded

This is to inform you that on **-Feb-**** I booked an Indigo flight from Doha to Chennai. I got the boarding pass on **th and I went to the immigration office in Doha. I was rejected by the immigration officer due to exit permit is not allowed by my sponsor. I ask the indigo staff to reschedule the ticked on ** Feb. But the indigo people don't do it, they cancelled my ticket and I still didn't get the refund. I spoke to the higher authority also, they refused to give the refund, they didn't have to reschedule means that's not my problem, that's their problem. This is the first time I did it, for the first time they can give me the refund on **th. Again I booked indigo and came to India. Even though I had less charge of tickets in another airline.
