I booked a flight from Mumbai to Trivandrum and back on Make My Trip using Flipkart on ** Feb **** at **:** for * Mar**** and ** Mar ****. The amount got debited from my credit card and the ticket has not yet confirmed. The bank Ref number:***********************.
Then I took the ticket again through the debit card. The amount which is deducted through credit card is not yet refunded to my account. After ** days my refund is not yet processed. The Make My Team is saying their accounts team is not responding. They are not giving the exact date when I receive my amount.
Initially, it was said that I would receive the refund amount within **hrs after that I raised incident to their side on ** Feb **** they communicated that the amount is manually initiated and will reflect in * working days. After * working days when I check with them, the people are not responding correctly when I will receive my refund. They are continuously replaying will update in **hrs for last * days and still no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
