This is to inform you that I was flying from Pasco Washington to Chicago, US on **rd Nov.
My schedule was as below:
Pasco - Chicago: **rd Nov **:** HRS with United Airlines
Chicago - New Delhi: **th Nov **:** HRS with Air India
New Delhi - Kolkata: **th Jan **:** HRS with Air India
While doing the online check in, I realized that the first leg of the journey i.e. Pasco to Chicago had been cancelled and United Airlines informed MMT on *rd November '**(I called United Airlines on **st Nov after realizing the mishap during online check-in.
Now this is the background to my current situation. I am shocked and pissed at multiple fronts -
Nobody from the MMT team called me on my mobile or emailed me to inform the cancellation even though I have a working and fully functional US contact number
I called the MMT agents, couldn't reach through any of them after multiple attempts. Y
I had to book a new flight from Pasco to chicago in the last minute which costed ** thousand INR more.
Lastly, due to your mess up - I had to wait **hours extra at the airport.
For the last years, I am being constantly harassed by your pathetic customer service who is just shifting blame without proving any concrete statement.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
