My flight ticket got cancelled by some unknown person using different number. The make my trip customer care cancelled my ticket without asking the order Id and the name just on the basis of flight number and origin and timing. THe unknown person had called from some other number. How unprofessional is this. ? Anybody can cancel anybody's flight tickets through makemytrip. Its highly unacceptable . It was for my marriage and i am left with no option except chasing them since past ** hours . they are not responding effectively
