Hi, I had booked online ticket on **th Dec **** from Bhubaneswar to Kolkata via Varafi.com for Journey date **th Dec'**,(Booking ID : VID**********) Rs.****/- paid, but as I have cancelled the ticked on the same date of booking for personal reason, I have asked for refund.
Its now more than ** days I am constantly following up with them via mail, but they are not refunding the amount and mis guiding me in every mail communication for which I have the copy of email with me.
Please help me getting the refund of Rs ****/-
