Go Air Airlines - Flight Rescheduled by airlines but no refund as promised by them

I had done a booking from Mumbai to Kannur on **rd November through GoAir for my wife. On **nd November, I received a called from Meher Alam (Go air employee) informing about the reschedule of the flight to **th Nov at *.**pm from Mumbai and arriving Kannur at **.**pm.
He also clearly mentioned to me that I could get a full refund on my ticket cancellation, even if I cancel * hours in advance.
I have been calling the number he gave me which is **** **** *** and even after keeping my call on hold for an hour, it gets disconnected. Next morning I again called from **am and again for * hour hold and then disconnection. I still have not been able to get through the numbers.
I have also tried this alternate number ********, with no luck at all.
I have tried to cancel the ticket through the website (goibibo.com) and it is not giving me a full refund as discussed with Meher Alam.
