Ashraf Imam filed complaint against GO ibibo Online Air ticket on Jun 10, 2020
I booked online ticket from go ibibo for my travel from trivandrum to ranchi. But the part flight got cancelled. So i called indigo airlines and they processed my full refund of Rs *****. I have an email copy from i digo as well for the refund amount. But what go i bibo processed is after deducting cancellation fees and just processed Rs **** refund amount against the total of Rs *****. The PNR details are : ZDPUSB and PMBCSD.
