I have done a reservation with EaseMyTrip and my flight ticket got canceled due to the COVID situation. The airlines through which I booked the ticket (Go Air) promptly refunded the amount and it has been more than ** months now and EaseMyTrip keeps on saying that they are still waiting on the refund despite me showing proof of the refund from the airline.
Goair airways already refund my booking amount on month of Oct ** but easy trip is not refund my money from ** months.
Indian govt has not taken any action these type service provider
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
