I'm John Joseph I had booked a flight ticket through make my trip. **th May **** from Mumbai to kochi pnr : fgi*pa was cancelled by spicejet. And they asked asked for a refund or reschedule i prompted for refund. Airlines stated that the refund would be completed in * weeks. But still now I didn't receive any refund from make my trip only the refund days are escalating on their site. And no proper response or no proper customer service from make my trip till now.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
