I missed my flight because of wrong information provided by MMT for my flight schedule dated ** ,Nov **** time -**:** which actually departed at **:**.
The information provided to me on my app was wrong.
I asked help from Indigo airlines but they refused and asked me to reach out for MMT 's customer care.
But I didn't get any cooperation fromMMT team.
I requested if they can book another flight of same or next day,but there was an absolute refusal at their end.
I am a regular customer of MMT . I didn't expected this kind of service at such crucial moment
Please find attachment of screenshot for appropriate details and evidence of the incidents.
As I faced a lot of problem because of this mismanagement,I expected a full reimbursement of my flight ticket.
even after so many telephonic conversation on mails they are not refunding the amount, saying that "it's not make my trip's responsibility to update the customer regarding change in schedule of flight.
Please help in whichever way possible
