The worst service ever, especially to a club Vistara member. Flight UK-*** was scheduled to depart at *.** am and I have booked tickets to prove it. When I reached the airport and the baggage drop counter at *.** am, they said that boarding was already closed and the flight was preponed to *.** am. The Vistara controller at the Delhi airport said that they can’t help because they had sent an SMS and an Email informing me, which I never received. I showed them the proof and made them check my phone, which they did and then after making me wait for almost ** minutes refused to refund or book me to the new flight.
The Duty Manager - Santosh, put the blame on me instead of resolving the matter and later said that if you would have informed a few minutes ago, she could have helped me. This was happening when everyone from Vistara ground staff were clearly aware that I was at the airport at the right time per my flight tickets. I saw a few other passengers (domestic & international) facing similar issues with different flights which makes it clear that it’s a trend than an abnormality.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
