Gulf Airlines - Flight missed dut to negligencey of gulf air ground staf

On * january i was traveling from delhi to riyadh and i had take bording pass and waiting for flight, the gulf air ground staf not cooperate with me after there last announcement i was reached on gate with in * minutes but they told me flight already left so i booked new flight with the cost of ***** rupess and also waist my time thanks
