Dear Indigo Airlines,
I am writing to complain about the issues we faced with my small daughter during a school trip with about ** people. We informed Indigo that we would be delayed by ** minutes, but when we arrived, your staff still did not let us board the flight, and we missed it.
We arrived at the airport ** minutes before the flight and checked in, but your staff said the flight was “closed” and did not let us board. This caused a lot of stress for my daughter, and we were left stranded without any help. The poor communication and lack of support made things worse.
Due to this misguidance and the inconvenience caused, we demand a refund for the flight. Please look into this issue and ensure this doesn’t happen again, especially when children are involved.
