Today i missed the flight due to miss guiding by indigo receptionist even though my luggage loaded in the flight as well as i checked in before the * hrs as seal and signed on the my ticket. due to miss guiding i didn't reach at my destination guwahati and got financial lost. I just requesting you to kindly consider my request.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
