Flight has been cancelled & no refund found still , there is no update for further convective, my daughter staying in mumbai , due to lock down co student has left the hostel & she is only single girl in there .she has lost her petition. we made a several call to customer care no one is picking call . totally fraud . i need now legally action . i need quick action on air india .
why you book ticket if you have not enough passenger . in this pandemic you are one one source for income how to make fool to passengers. now therse days we are not enough money to survive . you guy are take advantage for this situation. i need reply now ........................................
