air indai - Air India Ticket Cancellation refund not initiated

We canceled Air India ticket on **th April and the journey date was **nd April today is **th May , more than one month complete , still not received the complete refund amount .
Please note concerned people are now victim of covid -** virus and being hospitalized and due to you we are unable to pay hospital bills . In such a case if any sad demise happens Air India would be solely responsible for this .
