Spicejet - Flight delays

We were to travel to Pondicherry on Feb **, ****, flight departure at **.**am, only once we had reached the airport we came to know flight has been delayed till **.**am, flight took off by **.**am, their was no apology or staff at the airport to inform us why the delay,nor was the passengers offered atleast tea or coffee because most people had reached * hours prior to the flight of *.**am.
Also we had purchased brand new bags if receipts required we can provide, mumbai staff had put LTR tag which meant the bags were badly damaged which is not the case, this we came to know at Chennai spice jet counter. While returning back on **th same issue flight was at **.**hrs, which only left at **.**hrs, we were to celebrate our anniversary wherein family had a suprise planned but because of the delay flight landed at **.**sm and by the time we reached it was **.**am, pathetic service by Spice jet airlines, this is sheer stress on us.
