Flybig - Flight delay

The flight is delayed by * hour. It was a hassle to wait for such a longer period at airport. When I asked the personnel he said at ** he will update us about the status whereas the update was dpne directly at around **:** for boarding. After the boarding was completed at **:** approx. The flight took another **-** mins for departure. It was a completely disappointing experience.
