Sanaya Shaikh filed complaint against Flybig on Jun 23, 2022
I booked two flights with Flybig for travel dates **th May and **th May, Aurangabad to Hyderabad return. On the **th Morning when I reached the airport only then I got to know the flight was cancelled. I was not given any prior notice of this. I missed my two connecting flights and my friend's wedding because of no information on this cancellation. PNR for the flights are YK*NQX and N*YYPM. The airline issued a refund however they have not responded to my claim for the Cancellation Compensation for which I wrote to the airline nodal officer at nodalofficer@flybig.com. As per the Indian Aviation Regulation, Section -*, Air Transport, Series M, Part IV, I am entitled to a compensation of Rs. **,*** in total for two flights cancellation without any prior notice, both flights having a block time of more than * hours. The airline responded by saying they refunded the amount but I am not filing for refund I am filing for compensation as per the law. Request you to please help me.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
