I had paid a total amount of INR **,***.** to Ease my trip for Go Air round the trip flight with booking ID EMT********, PNR - W*F**Z from MLE To BOM and BOM to MLE.
Maldivian Govt had cancelled all the Visa for South Asian category especially Indians in terms of pandemic. Go Air had cancelled the flight from there side not us.
Please confirm why only INR **,*** refund has been initiated by Ease my trip ? Why INR ****.** has been deducted when Go Air initiated full refund as attached?
This is not our fault, kindly refund us the full amount as early as possible.
