The flight scheduled for March **th **** did not fly due to Covid lockdown. Booked via Make My trip and Gulf Air carrier. Airlines states for the last * months that they have returned the cash to Make My trip for cancelled flights but Make My trip has to refund to us. They first offered a voucher valid for * months forcing me to fly with my **+ age Dad and refused to refund the cash. Since the last * months they have stated we are waiting for airline to confirm and when i call the airline they said its confirmed. I requested airline for written confirmation and they refused to provide and make my trip states give me written email we will do it right away otherwise please wait. The issue is still not resolved .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
