Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights
The issue that I have experienced was:
PNR : SFKKQZ
Booking id: GOFLIMTANDBA**E*********
I book my ticket on **th December **** and cancelled my ticket on **th December **** which the
actual flight date of travel is **st December ****
Actual amount that I paid : Rs.*****
After all terms and conditions with deduction total amount of refund is Rs.**** as shown but after
completing the day of flight travel it is showing no refund.
It occurred on: **/**/****
I need my issue to be solve and amount should be refunded.
