Flight ticket was booked with cancellation with refund option. Before cancellation I contacted the company and they confirmed I will get back **** Rs after the cancellation and it may take ** to ** days. The cancellation was done on Dec *th ****. It has been more than ** days now, and there is no response from 'Happy easy go' and refund is not issued. I checked with the airline company(Indigo) whose ticket was brought and the airline had processed the refund the very next day (*th Dec ****).
