Chandrashekhar Hiremath filed complaint against Indigo on May 18, 2020
Indigo cancelled flight due to Covid-** and they are not ready to refund the money instead they are providing credit shell to utilize it within one year. This is against their cancellation policy mentioned in cancellation acknowledgement.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
