TRAVOLOOK.IN - Flight booking cancels automatically from company side citing server issue

The site cancels everytime you make booking from there citing server is down.the refund takes more than * months after multiple chase more than ** times you have to call and the catch is they don't refund in full amount ..half they would credit to bank and half to travolook.in wallet citing Bank issue .at the end of * months customer is also frustrated and they agree bcz all we want is refund
