VARAFI COM - Flight Booking Abborted refund of Amount

Dear Sir/Madam,

With atmost disgust, mental agony and mental torture I would like to bring it to your notice that in spite of several request the above said amount is not refunded to us. In case if we do not receive the above amount within ** hrs from today, we will forced to go to consumer forum and all expenses there off will be borne by you in addition to the amount mentioned above.

The details are as below:-

We booked the ticket on *th February’**** for * pax vide reference no. VID********** from Chennai to Mumbai, Mumbai to Chennai departure **th March’**** and return on **th March’**** through Indigo while going and spice jet while returning.
The booking expenses of Rs.*****/- was paid through Credit Card on *th Feb’****.
Suddenly on *th of March’**** we received a mail stating that booking is aborted and no way they can adjust us in any alternate flights and booking amount in toto will be refunded within * – * working days.
As of **th Apr’****, amount is not refunded and every time we are told that it will take * more days.
Not only that our onward hotel booking at Mumbai we had to cancel without any refund but also our purpose of visit to Mumbai was lost and with only * days for departure we were put to too much in convince and mental torture.
Mean while we had to pay credit card interest charges of Rs.
We now request you to refund my total amount within ** hrs. Failing which we will be forced to take legal action.
