When I bought the connection I was promised * whole year of all non HD channel and * HD channel then after some time channel stopped. When I contacted them they said it was because of TRAI. So I bought a few channels and now from the last ** days no star channel is available and I am paying for those channels. The customer care no. is not answered most of the time. We only watch sports on our tv and from past ** days we have watched nothing on tv because of non-availability of channels. Why am I paying money if I cannot watch what I want?
