I have taken fitternity onepass membership on *th jan. I booked session in a gym and they refused to accept the entry, then I booked session in another gym they also refused to accept the entry via onepass. Then i contacted almost ** gyms everyone refused accepting onepass. I asked fitternity to provide me a refund because there’s no gym which is accepting onepass. So they tried to delay the matter again and again by giving lame excuses and then I received a mail that they will provide a refund after deducting **% . Is this even fair , this is total fraud done by these guys because they have mentioned wrong gyms in their onepass list which don’t even accept onepass. If it is my fault I can let them deduct the money but I am trying to get my refund because it is their fault and they must provide full refund and infact apologies for this behaviour instead they are trying to cheat.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
