I was installed Independent tv in Sep **** and after that first HD & other, some channels are stopped. After then some channels for a time starting and stopped again and again but from ** June ****. Its completely stopped and no one responds locally or central customer care centres. I have called them too many times. But they are not giving a neat respond. They are only saying that the service will start soon. But after July ****; calls can't be connected. On their Website; they told, " Service will resume in ** days." On July ****; they put a new message on the website that "Process is going and Service will resume soon." Now after ** July **** the Website also not working. I am tired of this. So I want my full money back so that I can choose another DTH.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
