Firebolt Watch - Firebolt smartwatch

I had purchased firebolt smartwatch bs*** silver ss from firebolt website but unfortunately watch button was not working after somedays so i ordered for replacement they agreed for replacement but after somedays when replacement was done i got a total different model ultra phoenix silver ss which i did not purchased i want my original product but they are dening for the same and arguing that we cant replace or refund its company policy bla bla bla but i want my actual model or else refund but they do not agree fir the same now you ppl please help in refund my money or get actual product
