We purchased a smart watch firebolt model BSW*** from retail shop at
Distt. pathankot Punjab with company,s warranty on ** August ****.But in june ** problem of BATTERY DRAIN occured & we filed online complaint with firebolt company with Ticket no ******* on ** july **** and also lodged complaint/contacted Toll free no thrice till now.
But unfortunately no solution till today on ** August ****.
This shows that no one can take action against this Fraud company.
We purchased watch with guarantee.But on line warranty of firebolt company fails.i,e very shamefull.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
