Bhagyesh N Brahmbhatt filed complaint against Videocon D2h Services on Oct 14, 2019
I have raise the complaint to service provider regarding the voice disturbance due to set up box, their engineer visit and confirm the problem and told me that this issue will be going through last six months in fact he also faces. I said if you are not able to resolve it, take set up box back and refund me rest amount. Then he suggest me to talk with senior engineer and he suggest me to talked with customer care in that case. Customer care didn’t response me well. So I would like to file a complaint against them
