Jio air fiber - Fiber connection delayed

I have registered a new fiber connection one of jio office guy visited to my place and tell me that he want to seen my place where connection is installed after that the person say that sir your connection will be connected in second hour if any than it will tomorrow. For that reason I paid the plan amount ****.** Paisa next day he call me that dushera holiday declare friday.they don't know that the holiday declared before Thursday night. When I listened the consern thing than I told to refund my money back I don't need the connection he told me that refund not happen. I seen the service level of jio in my city. I faced problem in get to connect my new connection so what ever if I required service than this is happen to me again. Is this justice to me .
