I ordered cake and gift with surged prices only to get it delivered on Valentine's day i, e **th Feb ****.
The day and time slot has already passed, today is **th feb yet there is no update on order and it did not get delivered. Customer care is irresponsive. This is the *nd time I'm disappointed with FNP customer service and feel cheated.Why do you guys take order and full payment when you can't deliver it.
There is no option to cancel the order . I WANT FULL REFUND OF MY ORDER
