The Bhawanipur Education Society College - Fees not refunded

I had taken admission in the BGES College, Kolkata, in September and paid the requisite fees of Rs. *****. I desired to get my admissions cancelled. I wrote a mail regarding the same, requesting them to cancel my admission and refund the fees paid. But I never received any confirmation or follow up mail regarding the same. But I wasn't given my college ID which indicated that my admission had been cancelled.
I continuously tried calling the college but I did not receive any response and all my calls went unanswered. After one of my repeated calls were answered, I was told to wait till the admission deadlines of CU close on **st December. Each time I called I was told to wait for a month or so. Post this date, I tried calling the college again but again the calls went unanswered. I visited the college, physically to talk to the concerned authorities and raise my issue. But I was treated very rudely and the security guards barred me from entering the premises hearing about my request for a refund.
In March, I tried calling the college again, and after repeated failed attempts, one of the calls were answered only for the person to hang up hearing the refund enquiry. I called again and a different person picked up the call. He was very rude in his demeanour and even mentally harassed me. I was again told to wait till the **th April.
The College has just been trying to site the pandemic excuse and escape giving the money for the last * months. Besides the fees actually paid, I have been mentally harassed. The college must respond and pay the money back within these few days.
