The bhawanipur education society college - College is not returning yearly fees after cancellation of admission

I got admission in the Bhawanipur Education Society College on **th June, **** but on **th June, **** I went to the college regarding cancellation of my admission and refund of my admission fees of ₹***** where I was told that I will get the refund provided there is a provision regarding the same in the UGC. Later, I emailed the college on **th July, **** mentioning the applicable UGC guideline and despite repeated emails, I did not get a reply. After visiting the college several times, on **st August, ****, I was asked to submit an application regarding refund and a copy of the emails I sent and was asked to wait till October-November after which decisions regarding refund shall be taken. I again sent an email to the college on **th October, **** which again went unanswered.

However, on my visit to the college on **th December and again on **th December, I was asked to wait till the next trustee meeting which could happen any time between December and February and was also told that there is a possibility that I will not get the refund post which I sent numerous emails and letters to the UGC in the past one year but I haven't received any reply for the same.
