Olx - Feature AD reinstating delay and giving false reasons

Hi There,

The issue i`m facing with OLX is about a paid AD service which i took from OLX. As it was Property Advertisement i have to add multiple mobile numbersof our Caretakers as per their availability. OLX did banned my account due to their policy of showing more than * mobile number which was reinstated after explaining to them about the care takers availability hence their different numbers. But the paid service which i took was never activated back and even though after repeated follow ups. There are giving reasons. From which account you bought the paid service, what is your AD ID etc. I have being following up with them on email and Call with providing evidence of AD ID and as well paid Invoice but they are not helping in any case.

AD paid for * Month
AD activated date :-**th December ****
Date of Expiry of AD :- **th January ****
Order ID: ********

But still the Feature AD service is not activated after reinstating the service. Kinldy assist.
